The Concept: The design of the corporate office of IDEAology will communicate how ideas are formed within a highly efficient creation factory. From the moment you walk off the elevators, you get the feeling that this is where great ideas are created. The spatial planning and design will illustrate how an initial thought can develop into many different ideas. The spaces will flex and adapt to the needs of the project and employees. They will also encourage staff to create and innovate through environments that support different employee generations and their work habits. The experience of the workplace will reflect how the thinking process transforms by incorporating a progression of various work, play, recharge, and flexible collaborative spaces.
